The State of Utah School Institutional Trust Land Administration is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide construction of Sienna Hills Trail Head. The project is located south of the intersection of Telegraph Road and Washington Parkway. The project consists of constructing a 20-stall parking lot with restroom building, 40-yard dash, challenge course, 10-foot-wide trail, pavilion, slides, climbing apparatuses, rubberized PIP surface, and landscaping. Bonds required. Anticipated project time is 6/17/19 through 10/18/19 (120 Calendar Days).
