Sealed bids will be received by the City of Kennesaw, Georgia at the office of the City Clerk for the furnishing of all materials, labor, tools, skills, equipment and incidentals necessary for the construction of the SMITH GILBERT GARDENS VISITOR CENTER - PHASE I, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the City Hall Training Room. Bids received after the designated time will not be considered. The principal items of construction are 1) Grading; 2) Three concrete retaining walls (730± LF Total); 3) Installation of curb, sidewalk, pervious pavers, and drainage structures; and 4) Landscaping.
