King County Metro South Base, 12100 East Marginal Way S, Tukwila, WA 98168. Meet at Vehicle Maintenance Building. Hardhats, safety glasses, safety vests, and safety boots are required for site tour.
Estimate: $330,000
MBE goal 10%, WBE goal 6%. Work under this Contract consists of the replacement of 2 existing compressors and main pneumatic air piping inside the compressor room with 3 new compressors and piping with 2 enabled to run on standby power and the remaining on normal power. Work also includes the replacement of existing exhaust ventilation system with new system capable of reusing the exhaust air for heating purposes during the heating seasons. The exhaust system shall be connected to the existing building monitoring systems for monitoring and control. The compressor system shall be connected to the existing building monitoring systems for monitoring.
