Furnish and install approximately 20,000 LF of 20” waterline along US 311 from Eden to the VA/NC state line. Cross two NCDOT roads, one railroad, Cascade Creek, 4 tributary streams, 3 drainage features, and the Williams Gas Transco easement. Furnish and install 23 EA fire hydrant assemblies, 15 EA air release valves, and 12 EA butterfly valves. Furnish and install master meter and control valve and vault, including SCADA, telemetry and electrical. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
