The City of St. Marys, Ga Public Works Department is Soliciting Bids for the St. Marys FY 2020 Lmig Project The work shall include resurfacing, striping, sidewalk, and handicap ramp improvements. The purpose of this Invitation for Bids is the procurement of a qualified Contractor to furnish and provide all equipment, materials, labor and services necessary for the St. Marys Fy 2020 Lmig Project. Security, equal to 5% of the amount the bid, shall be submitted with the Bid in the form of either a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond. Bid bonds shall be issued from a company licensed to do business in Georgia and shall be signed or counter signed by a Georgia resident agent and shall have a proper Power of Attorney evidencing the authority of the individual signing the bond. Security deposited by unsuccessful bidders will be returned as soon as practical after the bid opening.
