S.C. Anderson, Inc. is Lease-Lease Back Contractor and solicits Proposals for this construction contract. Description/Scope: Relocation of existing portables onsite for the purpose of Interim housing. This project includes but is not limited to site utilities, electrical and LV connections, tree removal and AC paving that consist of the following trades. Proposals will be received per the following Proposal Bid Packages of 01 thru 07 listed below: 00 - Standard Project Requirements 04 - Survey 01 - Demolition and Earthwork 05 - Electrical, Fire Alarm and Telecom 02 - Site Wet Utilities and Plumbing 06 - AC Paving 03 - Portable Relocation 07 - Site and Structural Concrete.
