This Quote/Bid is to furnish all material, labor, supervision, permits and supplies necessary and reasonably incidental to modify lobby area per the specifications provided by Capital Improvements Division in the Invitation for Quote/Bid at Attachment “C” and/or available at the pre-bid meeting held on December 3, 2019. Work is to be done under the terms and conditions of Palm Beach County’s Annual Contract – Minor Construction, and pursuant to the conditions of the Work Order, both of which are incorporated into the Contract Documents by reference. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
