The work to be completed shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct the Streetscape in Bogart including demolition and installation of approximately 500 LF of 10' wide concrete paver sidewalk, complete with stairs and handicap accessible ramps, handrail, 3,000 SY of asphalt overlay, landscaping, flag poles, electrical conduit, lighting, soil erosion and sediment control measures, and appurtenances necessary to provide a complete installation.
