The work to be done consists of new sidewalk, striping, curbing, pedestrian lighting, shelter, and landscaping in Unadilla, GA. The project area includes portions of Pine Street and West Railroad Street in downtown Unadilla. The contractor shall use suppliers on the appropriate GDOT Qualified Products List. The contractor shall be required to keep a daily journal of construction activities. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond on the form included hereto and shall be secured by a surety company, certified check or cashier's check in an amount equal to at least 10% of the amount of the bid. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
