Bernards the prime contractor for the John H. Francis Polytechnic High School Project for Los Angeles Unified School District is inviting subcontractors to prequalify for this project. The project includes new construction of (7) buildings totaling 175,000 SF, and 725,000 SF of site work. Also included, is the modernization for 210,000 SF of existing classrooms. The work will be in three (3) separate phases over a construction duration of 44 months. The first phase (Phase 0) is currently under construction. Interested bidders must prequalify with Bernards and the district. The district deadline for prequalification is 7/28/2019.
