Jacobsen Construction Company is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide pre-demolition abatement of hazardous materials for the South Kearns Elementary School Replacement Project. The anticipated start date of the work is 6/3/19. The pre-demolition hazardous materials investigation is not yet complete. We anticipate issuing the final survey to bidders on Monday, May 20, 2019. This Project will be a part of a Subcontract Default Insurance (SDI) program. All Subcontractors submitting a bid for this Project must be currently enrolled in Contractor’s prequalification program in order for their bids to be evaluated.
