The purpose of this bid is to secure Electrician Services for a time & material contract to provide said services on the main Toms River Campus, the BBNEP site, and our Southern Education Center located in Manahawkin, NJ. Contractors shall furnish their own tools and equipment to complete projects. Ocean County College may provide materials for projects. Work consists of electrical repair and maintenance in offices, classrooms, laboratories and other facilities of Ocean County College, including wiring and rewiring, installation of outlets and switches, installation of electrical equipment, repair and installation of interior and exterior lighting, and troubleshooting of electrical systems. These systems are to include mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, fans, etc. In addition the service will cover any electrical panel upgrades, repairs or replacements.
