The TMWA 2019-2020 Tank Improvement project includes work at two locations in Reno, NV. Both tanks are welded steel potable water reservoirs with capacities of 350,000 and 750,000 gallons. Specific items of work include interior blasting and re-coating, improvements to existing appurtenances and fixtures, electrical conduit and conductor replacement, and lead-containing paint abatement at one site. The bidder shall provide sufficient resources, and include allowances for cold weather coating formulations, dehumidification, and/or heating to ensure that the contract time and completion dates are met in the event of inclement weather. Questions due by 5:00 PM on Oct 28th. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
