Camden County Board of Commissioners are soliciting sealed competitive bids for several certified and qualified General Contractors to furnish all labor, tools, materials and other appurtenances as specified to construct a new parking lot for an existing fire station on county-owned property at 377 New Post Road, White Oak, GA 31568. The new asphalt parking lot will be adjacent to the new CCFR Station 18 building located on county-owned property at 377 New Post Road, White Oak, GA 31568. The lot will be approximately 14,643 sq. ft. with two (2) entrance/exits and 30 parking spaces. Permanent turf establishment is required in the areas directly adjacent to the parking lot. Seasonal grasses may be applied using seeding rates comparable to 75 lbs. per acre. A bid bond is not required for this bid.
