Taylor Hall – 460 University Way, Ashland, OR. Meet at the west (University Way) building entrance.
The project includes all labor, equipment and materials necessary to construct a new student lounge on the main floor, and renovate the Anthropology Lab on the upper floor of Taylor Hall. The work includes selective demolition, plaster patching, miscellaneous steel, non-bearing metal stud partitions, acoustical insulation, drywall, doors and hardware, ceilings, painting, casework, floor finishes, plumbing, HVAC and incidental related work. Electrical and Mechanical systems will be bidder design-build per the design criteria listed in the drawings and specifications. Total renovation area is approximately 3,500 square feet.
