The City estimates that four (4) to five (5) hard-surface (concrete) courts will need resurfacing annually, and, optionally, one or more clay courts if needed. The specifications shall represent the minimum requirements for repair and resurfacing of the tennis courts. Omission of any essential detail (i.e. components, auxiliary devices/accessories, etc.) from these specifications does not relieve the Contractor from providing complete, in-place tennis courts.
