Town Hall Council Chambers located at 1314 � 11th Street, Parker, AZ 85344
Contractor to provide mobilization, equipment, labor, materials, tools and services necessary for the construction of the Town Magistrate Court. The tenant improvement project contains but is not limited to the following: structural repairs to some of the wood trusses and block walls, framing for judge chambers, restrooms, break room, clerks office, prisoner holding area, court room and reception which will require some special security features, HVAC which includes 2 new AC units, electrical which includes a new 3 phase service to the building and new panels, plumbing which includes 2 ADA bathrooms and 1 break room, flooring which includes VCT and carpet tiles, paint which includes interior and exterior and a concrete sidewalk around the building.
