This Contract shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials and services as set forth in the Scope of work section of the attached. The work consists of treating City Street Trees for Aphids & woolly aphids, scale (including hard & soft), White Flies, Spittle Bug, Lace Bug, Mites, Stink Bug (Shield Bug). Diseases include but not limited to Powdery Mildew, Anthracnose, Black and Leaf Spot, Sooty Mold, Cankers The initial contract term will be for 1 year with a possible extension for another one (1) year. Prevailing wages apply. Written questions are due by Feb 19th.
