Work shall be done in accordance with Georgia Department of Transportation’s (GDOT) Standard Drawings, Standard Specifications, and Pay Items Index as standards and specifications for the construction and completion of the work required. All bidders must comply with all general and special requirements of the bid information and instructions enclosed herein.
