The Owner will receive sealed bids from Contractors in the Training Room at Plant Operations, Columbus State University for the Turner Center HVAC System Upgrades located at Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia. Contract, if awarded, will be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty-five days after time has been called on the date of opening except in accordance with the provisions of Georgia law. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to not less than five percent of the Bid.
