The services included in this solicitation include but are not limited to Cooling systems, Heating systems, Mechanical controls, Air handling systems, Plumbing systems, Emergency power systems, Electrical systems, Lighting systems Building Automation Systems (BAS), including verification of correctly installed data points and meters. AV systems: inclusive of integration of new stadium speakers and ribbon boards – potential of a large PAC-12 room adding to the project., Security systems and Mass notification systems. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
