Roadway and pedestrian improvements along Braeburn Drive, Hirsch Street, Main Street, Marktwo Place, and Ford Street. Roadway improvements consist of installation of full depth asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway apron, ADA ramps, retaining walls, signing and marking, and tree removal. Bidders are required to furnish a Bid Guarantee in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid amount. Bidders offering alternative Bids shall provide a guaranty for the largest total Bid amount. This project encouraged MBE/WBE particiation.
