The work under this contract shall be for furnishing all labor, materials, transportation and services for the construction and installation of the following work: The improvements for this project consist of the installation of approximately 2,200 linear feet of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer pipe of various classifications; approximately 60 linear feet of 16-inch steel casing installed by open cut methods; approximately 22-48-inch diameter manholes; 60 vertical feet of additional manhole depth; sanitary sewer service reconnections. Approximately 50 linear feet of 6-inch diameter approved potable water pipe; approximately 4,290 linear feet of 8-inch diameter approved potable water pipe; approximately 130 linear feet of 16-inch diameter approved potable water pipe; approximately 12- 8-inch gate valves; approximately 2- 16-inch gate valves; approximately 7 New Fire Hydrants; 7 Fire Hydrants salvaging; potable water reconnections; major rock excavation and trench safety system for the pipeline systems; pavement removal and replacement; videotaping of project site before and after construction, and a traffic control plan/operation.
