Separate, sealed bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the construction of the aforementioned project will be received by Cobb County a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, herein referred to as "Owner". The Project consists of replacement of approximately 2,800 linear feet of 6-inch transite water main with 6-inch ductile iron pipe water main and all related appurtenances along Mary Anne Drive, Marguerite Place, and Robin Hood Place. Each bid must be accompanied by cashier's or certified check or a bid bond prepared on accepted form, duly executed by the bidder, in the amount of five per cent (5%) of the bid. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
