Sealed bids will be received by the City of Albany, Procurement Division,to provide and install a complete pump system at the Flint River Municipal Golf Course. One (1) MCI UL Listed QCZJ Packaged Pump Station or Equal Part Number PPS-VT2-1200 125-SV-P-48-3-6 UL Listed Pump Station complete with monolithic skid, sch40 steel manifolds, isolation valves, vertical turbine pumps/motors, check valves and discharge flow meter. Standard MPC controls with single VFD drive and alternating contactors so each main motor may run XL or VFD. Built under ISO9001:2015 certification. This project will be bid on a lump sum basis for all specified work and will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder submitting the lowest base bid. 5% Bid Bond is required of all bidders. Bid bond must be present for bid to be read or considered. A Contract Performance Bond, and Labor and Material Payment Bond each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount will be required of the successful bidder.
