The primary purpose of this project is to replace the 2-existing indoor large split system air handlers and associate 4 outdoor condensing units with new rooftop packaged units in the existing Waco Convention Center. The work of the project includes modification of existing roof support, installation of new supply air duct to connect new equipment to existing air distribution systems, piping and piping insulation systems to connect to the new heating water coils along with connections to the existing electrical systems. The new equipment will be connected to the existing DDC controllers and require associated control hardware and software modifications. The work of the project will need to be performed to accommodate normal work hours of the work areas of the building with as little interruption of the occupants as feasible.Bonds required.Prevailing wages. MWSBE encouraged.
