The purpose and intent of this invitation to bid is to select a supplier to provide and Install three (3) new Walk- in Cooler/Freezer units, and install one (1) used Thermo-Kool Walk-In Cooler/Freezer Unit (owned by Pinellas County School Board) per bid specifications. All indoor walk-ins shall have a minimum of 2” of air gap between wall of building and wall of cooler/freezer unless otherwise directed to alternate dimension. The box size listed below is an estimated size for pricing and will be within the limits but could vary plus or minus a foot in any measurement per factory. The awarded bidder will need to sign off on the drawings for each box that allows max refrigeration SQF for location SQF and proper measurements for door and floors to align with building structure. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
