The Work, in general, consists of replacing a 250 ton water cooled chiller. Construction includes removing and replacing 1 existing McQuary water cooled reciprocating chiller with new 250 ton similar model, and provide temporary cooling and piping. lncludes removal of 1 existing chiller and associated appurtenances, removal of existing control valves, chilled water and condenser water pipping/fittings and appurtenances, installation of 1 water cooled chiller and associated piping and appurtenances. installation of emergency piping and appurtenances, temporary cooling and power. Remove and replace three thermometers, thermometers contain mercury and shall be disposed of per appropriately.
