This contract is for the maintenance and repair of water purification systems, leasing deionized water systems, and the supply of related equipment and parts. Contractor will provide scheduled maintenance for water purification systems, system repairs, equipment, and parts on both a scheduled and an as-needed basis. Contractor will provide all supervision, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and all efforts necessary to perform the requirements herein. Contractor will have sufficient resources available (labor, tools, diagnostic equipment, etc.) that are necessary to complete the maintenance and repairs on each water purification system, including emergency situations.
