Furnish all labor equipment, materials and incidentals necessary; and in accordance with the Invitation for Bids and Contract Documents to: Base Bid Item, as showing in Drawings and Technical Specifications Package 1 Two-hundred and seventy (270) calendar days commencing on the date specified in Notice to Proceed • Construct the new Garner State Park Well No. 3 • Install 6” well water conveyance line from new Well No. 3 to existing water treatment plant • Abandon existing Well No. 1 • Rehabilitate existing Well No. 2 Bid Option 1, as showing in Drawings and Technical Specifications Package 1 Forty-five (45) calendar days allowed for the completion of work • Replace sections of water mains at the Shady Meadows camp loop Bid Option 2, as showing in Drawings and Technical Specifications Package 1 Sixty (60) calendar days allowed for the completion of work • Replace sections of water mains at the River Crossing camp loop Bid Option 3, as showing in Drawings and Technical Specifications Package 1 Forty-five (45) calendar days allowed for the completion of work • Replace sections of water mains at the Persimmon Hill camp loop Bid Option 4, as showing in Drawings and Technical Specifications Package 1 Sixty (60) calendar days allowed for the completion of work • Replace sections of water mains at the Rio Frio camp loop Bid Option 5, as showing in Drawings and Technical Specifications Package 2 Two-hundred (200) calendar days allowed for the completion of work • Construct a new sodium hypochlorite building • Construct the new hydro-pneumatic tank • Modify the water storage facilities • Construct a new gravel drive. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
