Renovation of the existing cafeteria and an outpost room located within the Gymnasium Lobby. The Work involved will include, but is not limited to, the removal of existing food service equipment, service connections and demolition of adjacent areas as required for new Work. New construction as required to install new equipment and finishes. Portions of the existing ceilings will be removed and lighting will be upgraded to meet District criteria. All existing life safety means of egress shall be maintained. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
