The procurement is for and part ofthe TCPUD's West Lake Tahoe Regional Water Treatment Plant Project (Project); the procurement consists of all labor, material, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete the Membrane Filtration System Equipment Procurement, as detailed in the following three phases of work. • Phase 1: Membrane Filtration System Equipment ("Equipment") Design; • Phase 2: Equipment Fabrication, Delivery, Field Services, and Training: and • Phase 3: Multi-year Equipment Warranty. This procurement and the Project are subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), in accordance with the State of California Labor Code (Labor Code) Section 1770, etseq.
