The proposed improvements for this project are located along White Road corridor between Penitencia Creek Road and Rose Avenue. The proposed construction work to be performed under this contract consists of micro-surfacing, restriping, and upgrade of standard bike lane to buffered bike lane from Penitencia Creek Road to Mabury Road and installation of new high-visibility crosswalks, detached bulb-outs, median islands, rectangular rapid flashing beacons, ADA compliant wheelchair ramps, detectable warning surfaces, new striping, and signage. The work shall also include, but not be limited to, clearing, grubbing and removal of obstructions, preparation of subgrade, removal of existing striping, and signage. Also included as part of the contract is the protection of existing utilities, existing irrigation lines, existing street trees (not for removal) and any appurtenances as required Q&A due by 04/02/20 at 5PM.
