The scope of project involves constructing 78 acres (Phase I) of a planned 240 acre commercial/industrial park adjacent to Naval Air Station Whiting Field (NASWF). An anchor tenant has been identified and Santa Rosa County is looking to begin construction to accommodate the tenant. Earthwork, roadway and drainage construction including significant utility work is included in the scope of work. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
