This specification establishes the minimum requirements for the purchase, installation and maintenance of barbed wire, net wire, high game fencing, and removal and replacement of game fencing, barbed wire, and net wire fencing and related products. The fences provide security for and manage wildlife on the Balcones Canyonlands Preserve (BCP) and the Water Quality Protection Lands (WQPL) in Travis, Hays, and Williamson Counties. Fencing installation, removal, maintenance and replacement shall be provided on an as needed basis. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
