The Douglasville – Douglas County Water & Sewer Authority (hereafter referred to as the “Authority”) is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the performance of the Winchester Farms Subdivision and Palmer Falls Subdivision Storm Pipe Lining Project (the “Project”), as more fully described in the Invitation for Bids. The scope of work includes the provision by the Contractor of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work. The Project will be “turn key” and require minimal involvement of Authority personnel.
