The project will consist of the constructing of a new roadway between Windy Hill Road and Terrell Mill Road. Construction will begin at the intersection of Windy Hill Road and Spectrum Circle/Interstate North Parkway and continue north to the intersection of Terrell Mill Road and Bentley Road. The work will include four 11-foot lanes, a variable (8 – 20 foot) raised median, a 10-foot multi-use trail on the west shoulder, and a 5-foot sidewalk on the east shoulder. This project is County and State-funded. The total project is approximately 0.90 miles in length. Cobb County Water System work will be included. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
