Apply applicable epoxy primer to all repair parts. Topcoat exterior of repair with applicable Matterhorn White. Provide applicable logbook signoff/8130 by A&P or repair station certificate. Work to be performed on site or at repair facility. Work to be performed on site or at repair facility. Labor to perform work. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
