Bulloch County Schools New Athletic Facilities Bulloch County, Georgia The Bulloch County School District will be receiving bids for construction of three (3) new athletic complexes at existing middle schools. The facilities will be constructed at Langston Chapel Middle School, Southeast Bulloch Middle School, and William James Middle School. The Project consists of construction of new athletic complexes at three (3) middle schools with each complex consisting of competition baseball, softball and football/soccer fields, a concession/restroom building, a picnic pavilion and netted batting tunnels. The Bulloch County School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Lowest bid may not prevail. Award of the bid will be based on the bid prices, proposed schedule, references, and past performance of bidder with projects of comparable scope, complexity and time constraints.
