The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment to perform all the Work shown on the drawings and called for in the specifications entitled Woodstock Sidewalk Extension, as prepared by Jericho Design Group., who is referred to in the Bidding Documents as the Design Professional. It is the intent and it is hereby agreed that the Contractor shall perform all work covered by the Contract Documents. Each bid must be accompanied with a BID BOND in an amount equal to 5% of the base bid, payable to the Owner, Chattahoochee Technical College, in order to guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract to construct the project strictly in compliance with the Bidding Documents. Bid Bonds should be furnished on forms accepted as standard by the insurance industry. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
