It is the intent of this RFP is to establish a contract, with a HVAC contractor(s), for: labor, materials, and equipment necessary for maintenance and repair services for commercial and residential HVAC systems for a minimum amount of work of no less than Five Hundred Dollars, $500.00 and a Maximum amount of work not-to-exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars, $50,000.00 per twelve-month period. The awarded contract will be for a one (1) year period, and will include options to extend for four (4) additional twelve (12) month periods. Services will be contracted on a task basis, each task undertaken on a fixed price basis, agreed between the parties prior to issuance of the Task Order for the specific task. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
