The Project includes, but is not limited to, performing the following Work: Improving the existing driving range facility through improvements to drainage, irrigation, putting green, tee area, teaching tee, ball washing and vending operations, gathering space, food options, landscaping, lighting, C3 infrastructure, QSP and SWPPP implementation. Minor site demolition including abatement and site work, and associated mechanical, electrical and utility system upgrades. Contractor to prepare site work for ball tracking devices. Ball tracking installation, Turfhound tee mats, by others. Contractor to retain necessary permitting. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
