The City of Madera plans to renovate the internal kitchen space located within the Frank Bergon Senior Center (FBSC). The FBSC is located at 238 South D Street, Madera, CA 93638. The City specifically requests quotes for the following work: • Removal of existing countertops in the kitchen area. • Replace countertops with custom-fit granite countertops and 6” backsplash. Approximately 112 square feet of granite. • Supply and install a new kitchen sink with faucet. • Replace all 4 kitchen lights with new LED light fixtures. • Install City-provided appliances as follows: - 2 wall ovens - 1 dishwasher - 1 microwave/hood combo - 1 countertop range - 1-18 cu. ft. refrigerators Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
