Alpha Elementary Cafeteria/Multi-Purpose Building Restroom Hallway and Teachers’ Lounge. Madera High School (MHS) Building 800 Classrooms and Hallway. Martin Luther King (MLK) Middle School Science Classrooms 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 32. School logo locations: MHS One (1) at each entrance of building 800 for a total of two (3) logos. Logo will be provided at contract award. Remove and discard all old flooring and materials All work must be performed on weekday, weekends, non-student days, and district holidays or after school hours when students are not present. Project start date must be coordinated with district to allow over site from district chosen inspector. Early start June 7, 2024. The Contractor will be expected to adjust their work schedule to accommodate the district’s needs. The District will not be responsible for paying overtime. The Contractor will provide their own storage (lockable container, etc.) for all necessary equipment and materials. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
