Scope of Services may include, but is not limited to, the following: • Preparation of planning documents such as Master Plans, Traffic Models and Project Study Reports • Preparation of topographical and boundary surveys • Preparation of design documents such as Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) adequate for bidding and construction • Review and edit the Town’s Public Works Standards • Obtain subconsultants for other professional services as necessary, such as: o Environmental review processes o Cultural and Archaeological monitoring o Geotechnical work, including materials testing and inspection o Landscape design o Traffic engineering • Attending Town Council, Commission, kickoff and other meetings at the Town’s request • Review, approval and execution of Final Maps as the official Town Surveyor • Development of prescriptive designs for minor building elements including but not limited to exterior decks, exterior stairs, handrails, guardrails, and protective covers at exterior entries and exits • Development of prescriptive designs for garages with accessory dwelling units and smaller residential structures. • Construction Project Management, Resident Engineer and inspection services for various projects Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
