Bidders shall meet at Buildings and Grounds Warehouse, 801 Toland Street, San Francisco, CA 94142 at the date and time for the Job Walk. Bidders shall meet directly in front of the warehouse.

The Project is generally described as, but not limited to: Demolition of existing lights, emergency battery equipment and lights and exterior lights; installation of new lights and controls, lighting control panels, emergency battery power system and lights, and exterior lights; replacement of panels; arc flash labels; new circuit directories of panels; rewire of SCRAP area lighting switches; new outlets; and testing and commissioning of new electrical and lighting work, and all associated electrical and miscellaneous related work to complete the project. Hazardous material abatement is included in the scope of work for this project. DVBE goal is 3% Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
