Bidders shall meet in the breezeway between the Education and Public Safety buildings at 10:00 a.m. It is the Bidder’s sole responsibility to understand the Work and existing site conditions prior to submittal of anyBid Proposals. Parking permits are strictly enforced at all COS campuses. Please plan accordingly.
