The City of Altamonte Springs seeks to secure the services of a qualified state licensed General Contractor and a Pollutant Storage System Contractor, licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation per Rule 62-761.500(1)(h) F.A.C. to complete the design and construct a fully operational refueling facility including all review and permit fees; paving; all refueling equipment components for (2) new 8,000 gallon above ground storage tanks; and complete installation of all required equipment; transfer pump and related equipment, piping, conduit, and miscellaneous accessories. The existing Fuelmaster fuel management console will be removed, salvaged, and reinstalled. The Pollutant Storage Systems Contractor license may be held by a Sub-Contractor to the General Contractor. The project also includes demolition of existing pavement, removal of existing fuel equipment, removal of the existing 10,000-gallon unleaded and 4,000-gallon diesel underground fuel tanks; replacement of existing metal canopy and accompanying site work to include but not limited to installation of a new retaining wall and concrete traffic separator. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
