Scope of work includes the following: Removal of the existing 3,840 square feet asphalt shingles across the four buildings, underlayment, flashings, ridge vents and replace with ice and water shield, new underlayment with 50-year architectural asphalt shingles and all associated flashings, drip edge, ridge vents to be removed and replaced with new.
