Total Small Business Set-Aside, 236210 - Industrial Building Construction. Provide a heated, insulated pre-engineered steel building with concrete floors and single restroom. The building will be approximately 40 ft by 60 ft and will have two 24 ft wide overhead sectional doors for drive-thru capability with exterior 12 ft x 30 ft concrete ramps to overhead doors. It will also include three insulated hollow metal man-doors and two thermally broken fixed aluminum windows with tinted glazing located per the drawings. Installation of ventilation system and infrared heating system. Pre-engineered metal building manufacturer will also include all necessary components for a complete building system, including wall and roof metal panels and insulation, interior metal liner panels, fascia's, trim, gutters and downspouts. This building will require excavation of soils at existing site, connection to existing electrical, storm and sanitary utilities located on project site. ALTERNATE BID ITEM #1: Provide a complete lean-to structure as part of the pre-engineered metal building manufacturers package as indicated in drawings. The lean-to will be 20' x 60' and include additional concrete foundation work for steel columns, electrical power and lighting, bird netting and control system as indicated in drawings and specifications. The lean-to shall be a continuation of the metal roof panels and all associated metal fascia's, trims, gutters and downspouts shall be incorporated to provide a seamless look between the building and the lean-to. ALTERNATE BID ITEM #2: 480V panelboard, conduits, receptacles and associated disconnects are omitted from the design. The 480V service terminates at a 600V fused safety switch, sized to protect the 480V/208V transformer. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
